"Our room was above the Barking Parrot. Could hear the club beat until 2am and then the million basketball and swim team kids opened and closed doors and bounced their balls above us at 7am. Was not relaxing at all. Hairs on the bathroom floor, amenities for the price were mid. This used to be a higher end place to stay. It’s changed. Probably won’t return. "

"Kitchen isn’t well stocked. More importantly it’s a joining room which is mentioned and makes it very noisy and feel like others are in your room. Can’t open windows and located right in the parking lot so was very loud. AC is super noisy window unit. Wouldn’t return. "

"First room (101- pet friendly) was quite disgusting. The smell of cigars/cigarettes and body odor knocked you over as you open the door. . 2nd room was better. But not very clean. The floors were only swept but had not been washed properly. Splatters all over walls and the door frame int the bathroom desperately needs a wipe down. Needless to say I actually cleaned the room myself. Garbage in hallway was there for several days. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. "

"I always stay at the Coast Capri Hotel whenever I’m in Kelowna, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, with easy access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. It’s just an easy, reliable place to stay every time. It may not be ultra-modern, but it’s well maintained and great value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will definitely keep coming back!"
