"My group of four really enjoyed staying at this property! Heriberto is a great host who responded immediately to any questions we had! The house and pool were clean, the neighborhood is quiet, parking in the driveway, garage and/or street. The laundry washer/dryer alleviated any overpacking by us! Nearby bakery offered delicious quesitos, tres leches and even a few grocery items. A SuperMax grocery store is very close to the house as well as gas stations and restaurants. The pool area of the house backs up to a wooded area offering great birdwatching with PR Lizard-Cuckoo, PR Spindalis, PR Woodpecker, and lots more! Nice, cozy pool area had very comfortable seating for the four of us. I think 6 would be the max number of people to fit comfortably at this property. Kitchen could use a few items like potholders and dish towels but that is minor and we bought a few household items to leave behind. Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Puerto Rico!"
