"We had an amazing stay at the Capri Beach House—truly even better than the photos. We traveled with 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 6–16), and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was beautifully designed, spotless, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and gather.The outdoor setup was a highlight..the pool and pickleball court kept the kids entertained for hours, and the easy walk to the beach made it feel like our own private getaway. The kitchen was also great for cooking meals at home, which we loved.The hosts were wonderful!!! Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal as well…peaceful and private, but still an easy drive to explore other parts of the island.We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it for families or groups!"

"I originally reserved Villa Daria and wish I had kept that reservation. We were randomly offered an “upgrade” to Villa de Palma because it was larger and closer to the pool. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was extremely dirty and filled with roaches, both dead and alive. There were roaches crawling all over the kitchen! I contacted Alma and she immediately offered an exterminator. The next day the exterminator came and acknowledged the massive issue. He fumigated and cleaned the kitchen. Unfortunately, the roach issue continued and seemed to only get worst by the day! Dozens and dozens daily!!I asked to be moved to another villa but none were available. With every hotel at full occupancy, we had no choice but to stay. Our hundreds of dollars in groceries had to all be discarded and we were unable to use the kitchen at all. We provided videos, photos and daily texts. We were offered a day pass at a water park and the possibility of using a kitchen in a different unit across the property. We were traveling with small kids and neither accommodation worked for us. We are fair people and simply asked for some sort of reimbursement to which we never received a reply. Communication stopped once we asked. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was very disappointing stay. This unit should be removed from rentals and we should have been given a refund. Still weighing out our options of recourse given the circumstances and sheer principle of the situation. "

"Alex was great to answer all our questions and concerns We did have a couple issues with the fride hamdle.and the dront of a drawer falling off and there was hair and sand.in a couple bed drawers, but besides that the place was beautiful. "

"This property while close to a beautiful beach and access to several pools was underwhelming especially given the high price per night and excess “fee” for the “management”. It was a good 45 minutes from San Juan and the airport. There were few restaurants close by and given the holiday week was relatively difficult to get in. This property while close to Dorado is in Alta Vega which is 15 minutes from the shopping restaurants etc in Dorado. And there was no public beach access to Dorado during the holiday week. The bathrooms were renovated but the water pressure and hot water was almost non existent. The kitchen cabinets were very dated and some old and broken. There wasn’t clear information on how to control the temperature in the bedrooms. It was a pretty isolated location. I would not recommend it if you have teenagers or older children. "

"We had a fun time in PR! The host - Alma, Alex and their team are great! Extremely responsive! From the moment we booked throughout our visit, they were "on it"! They are definitely a 5 Star Host! The condo unit itself is a bit older (full of character/charm) but had everything we needed for our visit. It was spacious and met all of our needs. We had six adults and one infant. Fun times had by all! Our unit was a few steps away from the pool and a few minutes walk to the beach. The location is close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Unexpected Bonus day! Unfortunately, our departing flights were canceled due U.S. Military action in Venezuela. We reached out the Alma/Alex and they immediately responded with a warm and understanding touch. They were able to accommodate us for an extended stay. Much appreciated! We would definitely reach out to Paradise Villas again and recommend them. Happy New Year! Cheers! "
