Think twice before you book this hotel!

I have to comment on this hotel, it is the worst I have been in Japan. I understand it is a low budget business hotel, but it has not been done anything to the rooms since the 90s. This includes deep cleaning the carpets. It's the most disgusting carpet I have ever seen, and I would not walk on it barefoot. Stains everywhere. The aircon had one setting, freezing, and it woke me up in the middle of the night. I had a non-smoking room, but it smelled of smoke the whole stay, and my clothes smell now. The paint on the walls was cracked and had big holes in the wallpaper. The bed was hard as asphalt and the bathroom smelled extremely muggy. I would never stay here again, and even if it is this cheap, I recommend others to think twice before booking.
