We wish we could have stayed longer!

WOW! This place was so relaxing and the service was top notch. Maria showed us around the complex including access to a footbath and a beautiful, onsen that is available for anyone staying at Kaede to use - you just turn on a light indicating it is in use and others wont bother you. Our room was amazing - it had it's own private outdoor onsen, an indoor wooden bath, and a heated rock bed (warm rock tiles that you can lay on. The food was awesome - we had the kaiseki dinner (so much delicious food!) and the traditional japanese breakfast. It was a little pricey but definitely worth the splurge!!

とても良かったです

由布岳をバックにとても景色の良いところでした。スタッフの方もとても親切丁寧に接して下さり嬉しかったです。また来たいと思いました。

房間內的溫泉很舒服，房間亦很整潔，員工十分友善。另外酒店的早餐及晚餐都十分美味，因為連續住兩晚，第二晚更有特別餐單，建議有時間要住兩晚 :)

관광지 료칸

유명 관광지에 있는 전형적인 업소같은 느낌입니다. 료칸에서만 경험할 수 있는 문화적인 감흥은 전혀 없습니다. 식사는 보통 수준, 객실에서 죽은 바퀴벌레 한 마리 포함하여 모두 세 마리 보았습니다. 한국인 직원분들이 매우 친절하셨지만 주인이 관리 안하는 식당같은 느낌입니다.

각방마다 별도의 온천이 있어서 좋았구요 조식 가이세키 모두 방안까지 가져와주시는 점이 좋았구요 한국어 하시는 직원분이 계셔서 편했구요 3가지 점 고려해서 카에다를 정한거였고 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다 이틀 묵었는데 계절채소로 하루씩 메뉴는 달리 나옵니다 둘째날 고기 나베를 정말 든든히 먹었어요 터미널에서 역까지는 차 이용 하시고 긴린코까지는 걸어서 다닐만한 거리 - 생각보다 가깝더라구요 매트리스에 이불이 정말 폭신하고 좋아서 일어나기 싫더라구요 ㅋ 잘 쉬고왔습니다 ~

1박 후기

숙박객이 한국인 뿐이었는데 한 곳에서 11시부터 새벽 1시까지 떠들어대느라 잠을 못 잤다. 참다참다 프론트로 갔는데 문도 닫혀있고 불도 꺼져있어서 이야기 끝나는 1시에 겨우 잠들 수 있었다. 송영서비스도 메일로 쉽게 신청할 수 있어 좋았고, 다른 서비스는 다 친절해서 만족했지만 프론트 닫혀있는 거나 시끄러운 거 제제를 시킬 수가 없으니 실망했다. 방 내부는 깔끔했지만 침대에 삐걱삐걱 소리가 심했고 담배냄새가 너무 심했다. 그리고 화장실 냄새도 올라와서 다음 번엔 가지 않을 거 같다. 조식이나 석식은 아주 잘 나와서 감동 받았지만 그 외적인 부분에서 실망했다.

Lovely onsen hotel experience

Very nice onsen resort with beautiful grounds and a very nice room. Our room was one of the smaller ones but still with private indoor n outdoor onsen. Both onsen were v relaxing and spacious. The food was v gd n served warm. Service was excellent too. If you are looking for an experience in a traditional inn then this place will fit the bill nicely.

짱이라고♡♡♡♡

주변엔 다 료칸 가정집? 뿐이지만 원래 료칸은 료칸에서만 콕 박혀있는 맛 아니겠습니까? 다음번엔 2박을 하고싶을정도로 조식도 석식도 맛있고 좋았습니다 ^0^ 그리고 한국인 직원분이 계셔서 가이세키도 다 친절히 설명 해주셔서 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다!!!!!!!!

All of the staff are very helpful that they offered to send our luggage down the hills and be stored in the information centre. With this, we could go scrolling down the hill and streets the whole day without worrying about our luggage.

一人でも気兼ねなく泊まれます

お一人様専用客室があるため、一人でも気兼ねなく泊まれます。お風呂は風情はありませんが、一人なら十分な広さで、お部屋で温泉が楽しめます。岩盤浴も付いているのも良かったです。食事もボリュームがあり、かつ美味しかった。強いていうなら、夕食の時間が18時開始しか選べなかったのが残念でした。

1인 료칸도 가능하고 독채로 되있어 숙박객들끼리 부딪힐 경우가 없어 좋았습니다. 음식도 미리 연락후에 제공되고 편의를 배려해주는게 좋았습니다. 족욕탕은 미지근했구요 노천탕은 1인 료칸쓰시는 분들만 쓰시면됩니다

お籠りに最適な旅館です

とても、静かな雰囲気で清潔感漂う旅館でした。廊下の床には、楓や木の葉などの模様がありセンスがあるなぁと思います。ご飯も、工夫があり手のこんでいる食事でとても美味しく頂けました。部屋のお風呂も掛け流しで何時でも入浴できます。温度はちょっと高めですが、私には快適でした。ただ、部屋に入る前の廊下の屋根が少し低いので一緒に宿泊した主人は頭ぶつけていました。背が高い方は少し注意が必要です。食事もお風呂も全て部屋の中で済ます事が出来るのでゆっくりと出来ました。
