古いビルのメンテナンスをしたため、家具がボロボロだった。ただ、スリッパが使い回しだったり、ドライヤーが壊れたままだったりと印象は悪いと感じた。唯一良かった点は、VODが無料であったこと。隣のダイワロイネットと比較すると差を感じた。

季節的なものもあると思うが、エアコンが中央一括管理だった。確かに冷房が一日中必要な時期ではないが、西陽の当たる時間帯は暑くて汗ばんだ。事前に説明が無かったので、作動していないと分からず、1時間くらいしてからおかしいと思ってカウンターに電話したら、一括管理なので冷房は効かないと言われた。 料金が破格の安さなのでしょうがないが、冷暖房くらいはちゃんと使えるようにして欲しいし、使えないのなら事前に言ってほしい。 またスタッフ達のオドオドした感じが気になる。ホテルのスタッフらしくもう少し堂々と働いて欲しい。 それでも立地の良さと値段の安さ、清潔さは百点です。
