お部屋は２間で綺麗に清掃されていました。
スタッフは外国人の方が優しく対応してくださいました。
お風呂は露天風呂の温度が低くて寒かったです。内風呂は温かかったです。
洗面台や床に大量の髪の毛が落ちていてモップで掃除をしました。
ゴミ箱が少ないのかゴミが溢れていました。
フリードリンクもありましたがビールがなかったのが残念でした。
食事は朝食のみでしたがあまり食べられないので充分でした。
エレベーターが直ぐ閉まってしまうので毎回手で押さえて出入りしていたのでもう少し開いている時間を長く設定した方が良いと思います。

"Staff very friendly! Spend the extra money for the onsen in the room and for the buffet dinner! They are both worth every penny! We can’t wait to go back. The only downside was the bed/futon and bean pillows. The bed and pillow was uncomfortable and my husband didn’t like the futon and he sleeps on the floor every night. The “Las Vegas” was ok but many machines were down. Loved the pipe organ!!"

"This is modernized facility that offers so many services and events on site. I enjoyed dining services on specific hours, and structures of this facility were astonishingly beautiful.
