- Apartment with private entrance and terrace for exclusive use, in the living room you will find a 1/2 square sofa bed, a comfortable armchair. The French window that overlooks the long balcony has a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. In the well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and fridge, you will find a comfortable table for five people, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake from the long balcony where there are two breakfast tables, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub / shower. the apartment allows direct access to the laundry room. A 40m pedestrian walkway with steps divides the house from the parking lot. access to the beach is 60 meters away from the apartment
