Perfect Getaway

Pros: Alessandro lovingly renovated his father's house, paying meticulous attention to every detail. He graciously assisted us in carrying our luggage up the short distance to the house on the hill. The view from the terrace is truly breathtaking; we found ourselves captivated for hours as we watched the lake and the mountains on the opposite side transition through various hues throughout the day. The accommodation itself is charming, providing all the comforts we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking daily in the well-equipped kitchen, and the beds were both adorable and incredibly comfortable. A solid 10/10, I highly recommend it. Thank you!!

Perfect for a nice get away !

Pros: The welcome of Alessandro and his kindness match perfectly with the beautiful view. Furthermore, the quietness of the place is appreciable and the wifi connection is really good for those who need to work. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean. We can only recommend having a coffee in the sun on the balcony with the huge view of the lake. Everything is well-made in the apartment and the small details are well-thought. Just down from the apartment, you can take a hike up in the forest where you may even see a deer. We can mention that you have a 10-minute walk uphill from the parking to the apartment. But that is the price to pay for the view and the quietness in the forest ! So we didn't mind at all :)

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage.

Pros: Die Ruhe und die Einfachheit. Kein Straßenlärm einfach die Natur genießen. Man muss aber gut zu Fuß mit teils befestigten Wegen klarkommen.

Grandiose Lage & Ausblick, liebvoll in vielen Details restauriert

Pros: Alessandro ist ein toller und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Zum Abschied gab es Kekse von seiner Mama gebacken und Kräuter zum Kochen. Man könnte den ganzen Tag auf dem Balkon sitzen und schauen, wie die Sonne wandert. Oder selbst wandern - der Wald ums Haus lädt ein. Toller friedlicher Ort für eine Auszeit - und wenn man Unterhaltung sucht ist Verbania usw. nicht weit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Idyllische Lage, wunderbarer Gastgeber

Pros: Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende im November im Ferienhaus von Alessandro verbracht. Es waren vom ersten Augenblick an wunderbare Ferien. Das Haus ist sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Überall ist die Handschrift von Alessandro zu erkennen. Er hat das Haus praktisch alleine zu einer schönen Oase umgebaut. Die Bilder auf dem Portal entsprechen der Wirklichkeit! Der kurze Aufstieg vom Parkplatz bis zum Haus war wie eine kleine Reise in die Natur. Denn inmitten der Natur ist dieses kleine Schlösschen gelegen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke Alessandro für die unvergesslichen Tage! Cons: es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Ein perfekter Rückzugsort mit Blick über den gesamten See!

Pros: Ihr sucht einen Ort, der mitten im Geschehen ist, aber trotzdem die gewünschte Ruhe gibt? Ihr wollt pure Natur genießen? Ihr sucht das italienische "dolce far niente"-Feeling? Dann seid ihr mit der Wohnung von Alessandro genau richtig! Die Ferienwohnung ist rundum perfekt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – man ist schnell in der Stadt, hat aber trotzdem einen ruhigen Rückzugsort. Die Ausstattung war top, hat uns alles geboten, was wir brauchten mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, bei dem einfach alles gestimmt hat! Für das Gepäck ist ein Rucksack empfehlenswert, Alessandro hat aber ein kleines Gadget, mit dem er euer Gepäck auch gerne nach oben fährt. Als Gastgeber ist er super und sehr hilfsbereit, man merkt, wie viel Liebe er in die Restauration der Wohnung/Hauses seiner Großeltern gesteckt hat! Allen, die solch eine tolle Atmosphäre am Lago Maggiore genießen möchten, empfehlen wir die Wohnung wärmstens ☺️ Cons: Uns hat alles gefallen, aber je nachdem, welcher Urlaubstyp man ist, sollte man diese Punkte beachten: Die Wohnung befindet sich am äußersten Rand des Dorfes. Man muss also 5-10 Minuten einen etwas steilen Wanderweg am Waldrand nach oben gehen (runter geht es natürlich angenehmer und schneller ;-) ). Aus unserer Erfahrung können wir aber sagen, dass sich dieser "kostenlose Sport" lohnt, denn der Ausblick entschädigt alles!

Een supper verblijf op een top locatie

Pros: Het uitzicht over het Lago en de rust hoog op de berg. Onze gastheer Allesandro was zeer toegewijd. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. Cons: Het was een hele klim dat wisten we maar toch. Desondanks een heel fijn en goed verblijf. Je hebt een goede conditie nodig.

Wundervolles Apartment in toller Lage.

Pros: Alessandro ist ein toller und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das alte Haus ist wunderschön renoviert und man sieht wie viel Arbeit er hineingesteckt hat. Der Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore ist atemberaubend. Wer eine tolle, ruhige Unterkunft mitten in der Natur abseits des Straßenlärms sucht ist hier bestens bedient. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
