Beautiful 65 sqm apartment

Welcome to the home Waibel!
The beautiful 65 square meters apartment is located in a lovely quiet location in the district Westerhofen (between Sonthofen and Ofterschwang).
Popular with our guests is the sunny, sheltered south-facing balcony and views of the Allgäu mountains.
The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, living room with flat screen TV, dining kitchen (cozy dining area, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob), bathroom (shower, bath tub, two sinks) and separate toilet. In the apartment you can use high-speed Internet / WiFi access. If arriving by car is a lockable single garage.
On site there is a bakery and a restaurant. In 10 minutes you reach a beautiful lake or use the scale hiking and biking trails. The variety of activities available close vicinity to leave little to be desired (eg. As Lifts, mountaineering, swimming pool, summer toboggan runs, climbing walls, tennis, golf, horseback riding, rafting ...).

Wir fanden es sehr irritieren, dass wir überhaupt nicht angesprochen bzw. empfangen wurden von den Leuten die unter uns gewohnt haben u. eigentlich unsere Ansprechpersonen sein sollten. Man kam sich fast unerwünscht vor. Die Dachschrägfenster sind zu hoch zum Rausschauen u. total schmutzig.

Große Wohnung, sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Leider war im Wohnzimmer am Sonnabend die Heizung ausgefallen. Es wurde aber schnell vom Vermieter reagiert und am Montag repariert

Nach sehr nettem persönlichen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin haben wir trotz wechselhaften Wetters zwei sehr schöne, erholsame Wochen in der super ausgestatteten, großzügig geschnittenen, ruhig und dennoch ideal gelegenen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise, vielfältige Flyer und Informationen zur Umgebung, diverse Spiele und Bücher - alles gegen Langeweile vorhanden!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Lage ist ideal, einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Wandergebiete liegen in der Nähe. Uns gefällt es hier so gut, dass wir schon seit mehreren Jahren unseren Wanderurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbringen.

Die Vermieterin hat an alles gedacht, was eine Familie so braucht. Z. B. auch mal ein Handtuch mehr, Seife, Sitzfelle für Balkonstühle usw.

Super Ort für Ruheliebhabende

Tolle ruhig gelegene Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk. Perfekte Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin.Radnähe zu Sonthofen; direkt vorm Haus kann man loswandern oder in weniger als einer halben Stunde mit Auto oder Rad viele als besonders schön ausgewiesenen Wanderrouten/Bergtouren erreichen.In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, wir haben immer selbst gekocht.Die Schränke und Ablageflächen sind großzügig.Unser Highlight in der Wohnung war der überdachte Balkon, ausgestattet mit Fellen auf den Stühlen und bereit liegenden Decken. Wir haben dort immer gegessen und auch so manch einen Regenschauer gemütlich und trocken im Freien mit Blick auf die Berge und dem Genuss von Kuhgeläut und Vogelgezwitscher und mit der Beobachtung von ziehenden Wolken verbracht.Eine Garage für Räder (oder Auto) mit Stromanschluß war nutzbar.

Tolle Lage für einen Kurzurlaub im Schnee

Super gepflegte Wohnung

Wegen sehr durchwachsenem Wetter haben wir uns mehr als üblich in der Wohnung aufgehalten. Und die war extrem sauber, gepflegt und mit wirklich allem was man zum wohnen braucht. Ein ganz großes Lob an die Gastgeber!

Sehr schöner Wanderurlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung

Wie schon in den letzten beiden Jahren haben wir den Aufenthalt in Ofterschwang und in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die gemütliche Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wird immer wieder modernisiert. Sie ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren 6-tägigen Skiurlaub in der Wohnung, die am Rand einer ruhigen Wohngegend liegt, mit 4 Erwachsenen verbracht. Sie bietet viel Platz, war sehr sauber und die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gibt eine eigene Garage mit überdachtem Stellplatz davor. So war auch das Verstauen der Skiausrüstung problemlos möglich. Manche Teile der Wohnung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Das Appartement hat voll und ganz allen unsere Wünschen entsprochen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und für alle Fragen und Wünsche offen. Das Wetter war einfach nur super (29 Grad die ganze Woche) und nach jeder Wanderung lud der in der Nähe gelegene See immer wieder zum Entspannen und baden ein. Soooo schön, dass man wiederkommen muss!!

Schöne Wohnung in bester Umgebung

In der Wohnung gab es alles, was man braucht, sogar eine Garage für das Auto. Es war alles so leicht, wie abgesprochen. Ausflüge direkt von der Wohnung aus durchgeführt, super Bäcker in 5 min zu Fuß, Aldi 6min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!
