"A wonderfull and efficiënt check-in. We were allowed to have an early check-in as the room was cleaned allready. A small, 9-appartement chalet, great location in front of ski-bus. No ski-out but somewhat a ski-in. Lifts are 3 stops. The rooms are clean and cosy, though not that big. The building is somehow noisy as the upper floor neighbours could be heard walking. Breakfast 4*. Valentina 5*"

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung und Gastfreundschaft ebenfalls. Warum ich einen Stern weniger vergeben hab, ist die fehlende Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Bei schönem Wetter würde man gerne abends bei Kerzenschein und einem Glas Wein den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung rosenrot verfügt über keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Deswegen würde ich beim nächsten Mal eine der anderen Wohnungen mieten. Ich bin bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen."

"Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage mit Langlauf und Schneeschuhwandern. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm groß. Ein großes und gemütliches Sofa gibt es auch. Leider hatten wir in einer Nacht Party bis nach 24:00 Uhr unter uns! Ob das auch Feriengäste waren wissen wir nicht. Wifi hat gut funktioniert. "Appartement avec une très belle vue sur le balcon. Lit très confortable ainsi que le lit d'appoint salle de bain avec une baignoire et de l'eau bien chaude. Les enfants ont apprécié les jeux de société (jenga, mensch ärgert dich nicht, etc) et la piscine. Parki g très proche de l'appartement et super pratique pour le transport des bagages. "Pros: Nach dem einfachem Check-in, per Zahlencode an der Tür, standen wir in einer mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichteten und sehr gut ausgestatteten, kleinen 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Küchenzeile und tollem Duschbad. Zu dritt war etwas Koordination nötig, hat aber gut funktioniert. Als Willkommensgruß stand Sekt und Bier aber auch frische Weidemilch im Kühlschrank bereit. "Very disappointing that there was insufficient room for us to book breakfast in the morning even though we checked in at 1700 hrs. So we drove for 2 hours before finding a cafe to get a coffee and croissant!! It was a Sunday and all coffee shops in Kempten were closed!! Has put us off staying at B&B next time!!! "

"The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay an excellent experience - they are incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming! Dinner each night in the restaurant was of an extremely high standard with impeccable service - their breakfast was of the same impeccable standard. I cannot recommend this place enough - it is a truly amazing hotel with incredible views of the lake and mountains. I will most definitely be returning again to this beautiful place. Thank you to all the staff for making our time with you a memorable and special experience!!"

"Good breakfast. Triple room was an odd setup for a group of friends (optimized for disabled guests sooner bed was a hospital bed and the bathroom had a sliding glass door that lacked privacy). My main issue was a constant tapping or dripping noise throughout the whole night that disrupted my sleep. "

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
