"The house was exactly as advertised absolutely beautiful home!! The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a full blown meal. The back patio is where we spent most of our time. We had 10 adults and had plenty of room. All the sleeping arrangements were nice. There were plenty of things to do. We had planned to rent a boat but it was very windy and the water was quite choppy so we had to skip that. We did go into Eatonton and to Greensboro both only 20 minutes away. There are plenty of places to eat and there is a Publix supermarket 5 minutes from the house. So all in all we had a fantastic time and we all would definitely recommend this beautiful house. Thanks to Lana and Steve they were very easy to communicate with!"

"The property was very inviting with a big focus on outdoor activities: putting, fishing, kayaking, watching tv, sitting around a fire and the kids have a little playground. You could also enjoy the hammock. It was a great experience. "

The kitchen was fully stocked so we didn’t need to worry about anything. Jim was a wonderful host and our group would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a great property. The check in was easy, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for cooking, grilling, baking and serving. We loved how big the pantry space was, as well. We enjoyed the pool everyday and utilized the dock for our fishing and kayaking needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with plenty of bath and pool towels. We would come back, again. "

"Check in was easy, communication was great. The house had almost everything we needed - shampoo, hand soap, spices, baggies - you name it. Only thing missing, or maybe we couldn’t find in the 60 drawers was oven mitts. Otherwise space was ample and everyone had a place to sit. "
