"We had a room with a kitchen. It was well stocked. The room needed several repairs. The shower door did not close, the bathroom light did not work, the lamp did not work, etc. The room was clean."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house in Seneca during Clemson graduation weekend. The home was stunning, spacious, and perfectly set up for a large family or group of friends gathering together for a special occasion. We especially loved all of the outdoor space and amenities, which made it easy to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the lake views.The thoughtful touches truly made our stay memorable. We were so touched to be welcomed with surprise Mother’s Day and “Congrats Graduate” balloons along with a lovely welcome gift. It immediately made us feel at home and added such a personal touch to an already special weekend.The location was also perfect and so close to Clemson University, which made getting to graduation events incredibly easy and stress-free. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone with family and friends. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely love to stay again!"

"The home is lovely, seems like new construction. It’s actually 3 bedrooms and a loft (sliding door that doesn’t close all the way). The AC also needs balanced, some of the rooms get really hot during the night. The main reason I can’t give this home a higher rating is because the beds are absolutely atrocious! The linens and bedding were terrible. The mattresses on all of the beds are so hard that I literally was unable to sleep on them. It felt like we were laying on beds of concrete. If you are going to own a short-term rental home, the #1 thing you should not cheap out on are the mattresses and bedding. If those were better, I would book this home for every football game for the next 3 years."

"Perfect house for our family to stay when we come visit Seneca. Will definitely be staying again for our future visits. Within 10 minutes of everything and if you stay on a Thursday I recommend walking down to jazz in the valley, great time. "

"Overall the cabin worked out fine.Didn't like that the kayak and canoe were not cleaned. Also, we expected a paddle boat. If the website mentioned there wasn't a paddle boat anymore we missed it. All and all we would be happy to rent again."

"The air conditioning was not working in the room. It was very cool in the common area but the room was warm. There was not enough lighting in the room or enough electrical outlets."
