I chose this property because it promised shuttle to the airport, but that was misleading- they "help" you with calling for a cab or with using public transportation! Very disappointing (We hired a car through Bolt- turned out to be 1/2 the price of a taxi or Uber). Another minus was the weak air-conditioning system. Staff were very friendly and overall helpful."

"I liked the delicious breakfast at very reasonable price (not included in the reservation). It was clean , the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large, the toiletries were very nice, they had plenty of space in the rooms as well (we stayed at the premium 2 twin-bed rooms). Very open, pleasant and helpful staff, answered all questions and offered sugestions. The location is close to the airport Terminal 1, we enjoyed seeing the planes take off and land, but the rooms are sound proof. The train station is just around the corner and connects you to the city center ands all the beautiful places in Frankfurt. It is quiet, service staff cleaned the rooms well."
