I think the owners should allow a lease of the room where someone can invest in fixing up the rooms and rent it for the market price and pay the owner what the normally would charge. "We had a good stay. The unit overlooks a parking lot. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable … ended up getting a blow up bed from a cousin to use. We were able to walk to a couple different restaurants, shopping and Starbucks. "
