"Good property and as advertised, it was very close to the beach, and all the main amenities are within walking distance. I didn't like having to pay (10 USD) to go to the beach, but that is outside the landlord's control. I'm including that comment so people know. The living room didn't have any AC, and I wish I had known this before going. The ceiling fan worked OK, and the heat wasn't overwhelming, but AC would have been ideal. In all, I would stay here again if I ever come to Jamaica."

"Thicondominium has been refurbished and is well presented. The kitchen is adequate big enough with a big fridge. Freezer, a stove, a microwave cupboards, pots, pans plates and utensels. The living area has lovely. threepeace settee, there's a big king size bed , and there's a bathroom has a big shower tiled , it's a lovely flat."

"Everything was ok. I would not classify it as a “beach view”, but you can see the ocean in the distance. AC units are only in the bedrooms. Bathrooms and kitchen had windows that stayed open all the time (constant hot air flowing in). Nothing that would deter me from staying again!! Just an honest review. Orren (host) is very responsive and accommodating as possible. Staff all very friendly. Very centrally located to all the touristy things."

"You'll receive proximity to the town and beach, along with a comfortable place to rest. All at a reasonable price. There is also cable/sattelite in the living room and bedroom. Oh yea, it's nice to have a 1-bedroom instead of a bachelor. A couple of things to flag; at the time the AC in the living room wasn't operating. The one in the bedroom was, so I put the fan at the door and blew the cool air out of the bedroom, It made an improvement. There was also a dirty glass and spoon so I took care to wash everything before using since the cleaner wasn't washing up properly. The rest of the place was clean. Over all it was highly satisfactory."
