"It was a refreshing experience to be able to stay at the Turtle Towers Apartments. Everything was made to be as attractive as possible in the apartment. The green environs are a treat as well as access to a beach. The views from the balcony of the hill sides are breathtaking especially in the morning. "The room i reserved is not what I got. I reserved a queen bed and a pull out couch arrived and there was only a bed. They advertise fast wifi in every room there was no wifi at all."

"I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...
