"The room felt new, maybe recently renovated. The lights were awful, bright blinding sterile lights that made you feel you were in a garage late at night. The towels felt like cars board when using it to dry off or wipe water off your face. There was consecutive wile happening outside our first floor unit, so noisy, dirty and not attractive as debris and dirt collected on the front porch setting up to the door and ultimately in the room. Bright light outside room (like an emergency light) penetrated the areas of the room where the curtain couldn’t cover, so it felt bright all the time. Pointless to have a front porch when it’s blocked by construction, dirty, and there no chairs and light that is brighter than the sun. I would rather pay more and just not deal with these headaches. These rooms are for transients. Lots of dogs on the property too. Such as pit bulls and large German Shepards. They didn’t seem like friendly dogs and I’m a dog person. Also, temp in room, cannot be regulated well with the poor heating and AC."

"If i can rate this place a 0 stars i would. The worst hotel experience ever. Just walking into the check in office i knew this was not good. The smell of marijuana was horrible. I got my key went to the room it was worse the smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the room was horrible. The curtains had bed bug poop. Every wall and door was so dirty never been cleaned not only that hut broken. Bathroom was used and not flushed. The bed sounded like it will break if you get on it. The tub was horrible. Same day i checked in is the same day i checked out 10 minutes after and i went to get another hotel. "

"I appreciate the staff...they were very nice, I just wasn't at all impressed with the room. I was walking around in my white tube socks, and they ended up black on the bottom from just the room floor. The sink shot water onto my clothing, (and the counter all around it) every time I used it. There were no clothes hangers on the rod, and when I asked about it at the front desk I was told, "There are no hangers." (That would have been nice to know before I left home.) Finally, when I needed ice at 7:30 am and the room the ice machine was in was locked, they told me that it's only unlocked from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, (I had to leave at 8:30!) Again, that would have been good to know right up front! The bed was comfortable enough, and the price was good...but I don't want to think about how well the room was cleaned. Also, again, the staff was very good to me, except when they couldn't be. I will not be staying at any Motel 6 again...obviously their standards have changed since I last stayed, probably 30 years ago."

"We checked out on 4/28 and the front desk gentleman (Plementa?) was very helpful as well as the very courteous woman cleaning up the breakfast who went out of her way to get me an apple. The small things they did in combination with how pleasant they both were made a great impression."
