Summary:
Breathtaking sunsets, spectacular views, and private access to the beach await at your oceanfront penthouse. Also within walking distance to all the trendiest bars, breweries, and restaurants that that make Oceanside one of the hippest places to be in Southern California. You'll never forget the memories you will make here.

The Space:
Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. We also just completed a full kitchen renovation.

Very great views and the location was great. Lamp shades were dusty and a few other furniture pieces that caused my allergies to flare, but the rest of the home was clean.

Oceanfront Penthouse

Spacious and oceanfront. Right on the strand but up above all the hustle and bustle below. The view is beautiful. Property is easy access and parking, walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

Birthday getaway

My self and friends went down to Oceanside to celebrate my birthday for a weekend. We wanted a relaxing beach trip with an ocean view. This property did not disappoint. It was a beautiful view with walking distance to everything including sandy beaches, restaurants, coffee, and the pier. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property!! Perfect location with amazing view of the water and great balcony! Large open living area with plenty of room to spread out. Bedrooms good sized with comfy beds. Easy walk to the beach and downtown restaurants. Very attentive and accommodating host. Everything you need for the beach included! Thanks so much! Will definitely return!!

Clean place in a convenient location with stunning views!

This was our very first time booking a vacation property rental instead of a hotel and our stay and experience has set the bar so high. My husband and our teen daughter thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, well-appointed home with huge windows and sliding doors that allows you to take in the beautiful ocean views and air from a location that is so conveniently close to the pier, restaurants and shops on Mission Ave., and more. Every morning, we walked to a nearby coffee spot that we absolutely loved (The Cup) and every evening, we watched the sun set on the super wide balcony. It was heaven to fall asleep to the sound of the waves and we look forward to booking this place again for our yearly trip to the SD area.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with an absolutely stunning ocean and beach view. The balcony was a highlight. We loved the seating out there for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The location was perfect, and the unit had all the amenities we could possibly need. Great view condo in Oceanside

This condo opens directly out onto the ocean with an unobstructed view over one of the most popular surf breaks. It’s an older building that’s been remodeled with all the modern touches. Very clean and well appointed. Very close walking distance to everything along the main strand. We had a great stay.

We had a wonderful time at your lovely beach condo enjoying the breathtaking view of the ocean and listening to the hypnotic sound of the crashing waves! Thank you, Nick, for quickly responding to and solving the issues we had with the WiFi. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed. It was the perfect spot for our mom and daughters get away! We hope to visit again soon!

Family getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family trip! The 4 of us hadn't been to SoCal since we moved away some 20 years ago! Oh how it has changed! I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the surfers and people walking by. The condo was modern, clean and set up perfectly for our needs. We were able to make breakfast, enjoy the view, relax and even do laundry. The beach chairs came in handy for a beach day. The location is perfect! right down the way from the pier, and all the restaurants of Oceanside. Couldn't have been better. Thank you Nick!

Quick Get-away

The penthouse was clearly newly refurbished. The view was perfect, wide balcony. Everything worked as promised. The only minor drawbacks, was 1) the check in information indicated a wall heater. That was taken out, but there were 3 portable room heaters that made everything comfortable. 2) The large TV in Living Room did not work. But since the main attraction was the location and the view, it did not diminish our trip in the least. We plan to come back in the future! A great place on the Beach!
