Disgusting place. So unsafe. Loud. I saw hookers going into rooms...families were at the pool, pool looked unsafe and gross. Be aware. Place was a stakeout for drug dealers and prostitution.

There was no water at breakfast of any kind. No hot water (but there were tea bags out), no cold water. I asked the staff to please fill a coffee pot with some tap water and I would microwave it. They couldn’t handle it and the next day I had to bring my own water bottle. Also the bathroom tub had no drain stopper and looked half painted. Rooms clean, property itself filthy and trash strewn.

Customer service is very bad I did my booking for 5 days, Thursday it was raining and the ceiling started leaking and water came straight to bed as well at the window was leaking, called reception desk and waiting more than two hours for them to move me from one room to another ( and I did have to call front desk more than once for them to be able to move me) I packed everything and was move to another room, I unpacked and once I turn the light on I notice that it was leaking from the ceiling light so I turned light off, called back front desk ( it was thanksgiving ) told front desk what was happening and asked to please let me know if they were going to move me to another room because I need to started getting ready for thanksgiving dinner, waited more than 3 hours and no one came or have the courtesy to call me and let me know that it was not a room available, left for dinner came back around 11 pm and turn light one, still leaking, called front desk no one answer, when straight to front desk and explained everything again, finally they gave me the keys to another room and it was not in the same building so I have to carry all my luggage, I was moving at midnight and once I got to the new room, smoke detector needed a battery change, no microwave, no iron so I called front desk and they said that they will be there in 10 minutes, I went to sleep at 2 am in the morning and no one came. awful place, I didn't even got a called from manager to apologized or get any apologize

Was not clean. Carpets, walls and surfaces were not clean. Buildings have not been maintained. Refuse was stashed behind staircases and buildings. Breakfast was waffles or cereal period. Eating area was not set up. We had to get our own chairs out. Hard to believe it is a Wyn property. Each room does have a patio or balcony.

In desperate need of an update. Our room was missing fixtures in the bathroom and although the fridge worked, it looked bad plus the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy.

Good value for your money

Nice staff altogether; clean areas. There were a few hick-ups at the beginning: They accidentally gave me a room that was still occupied, Ice machine was broken; they promised it would be fixed next day but never got fixed. Internet was down the first night but they had to fixed next day. Altogether staff was nice and well responsive to my inquiries, even cleaning lady was nice to let me temporarily store my thins while they fixed the room mix-up issue. Room was clean and had all amenities. Bed pillows are awkwardly small though, and very thick, not comfortable to use; luckily, I always bring my own pillow... Located next to a nearby bar and some local restaurants for late snacks and entertainment.

Crack House

I have stayed here several times over the last 10 years. The hotel condition has gone down hill considerably. One of my nightstands was just an ottoman. There are holes in the walls that are filled and not painted. The carpet is nasty. My shower didn't work and so I had to go to another room to shower. The place looks like it hasn't been painted since I stayed there 10 years ago. It felt a little like a crack house with homeless people hanging around everywhere. I don't expect 5 stars from a Super 8, but it has been a convenient location over the years. I will never stay there again. Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this property. The staff was friendly and helpful, I have nothing bad to say about them. Oh, and they had Styrofoam cups for coffee..in California..wow! Breakfast was terrible, the muffins tasted stale, coffee was watered down. The front desk has stains on the back wall and was cluttered and dirty. The were reusing room card sleeves, because they didn't have any new. Great location, tear it down and put up another hotel.

I got the hotel in my name Telemachus Love. I told them that my girlfriend will be checking in at 2300. So they decided to take her bank information and Identify also. There was no reason for them to take her banking information at all. So before checking out I asked for the copy’s of her banking information. They stated it’s locked up. Why are you keeping her banking information. Not right very unhappy. I paid everything with my card earlier and the 100.00 deposit. Not happy, this is wrong.
