Welcome to your coastal paradise in the heart of Oceanside! This
stunning top unit of a triplex features 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests.

Step into a bright living space where sweeping ocean panoramas set the scene for relaxation. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern appliances invites shared meals and memorable moments together.
There are five bedrooms with king beds while the sixth bedroom features 3 full bunk beds — perfect for kids, teens, or fun-loving groups. Linens, towels, and all essentials are provided for your ease. A flight of stairs is required to access, so it’s best suited for guests comfortable with stairs.

Indulge in true coastal living: stroll to the sand with your dog (yes—it’s pet-friendly!), sip evening cocktails on the deck with a fire-pit, fire up the BBQ, or unwind in the private hot tub while soaking in ocean views.

The property includes two tandem parking spots in the shared garage, wall unit
air-conditioning throughout, WiFi, laundry facilities, and everything you need for a seamless stay.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Location was unbelievable, right on water. We loved this house. Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen with plenty of room to accommodate twelve adults. Host contacted us right after we checked in to make sure everything was as expected. We will return soon.

Spacious with Great Location

There were seven of us gathered together for a reunion. We enjoyed the spectacular views and spacious accommodations. Great shopping and dining choices an be found in nearby Carlsbad.

Family vacation

Property was great set up for multiple families to stay. Would highlight that it has 2 sets of washers/dryers in unit which is so helpful with kids. Only complaint is refrigerator. We planned to eat most meals in but had to throw away most of the food we purchased because the fridge does not cool down to acceptable temp. and did not keep anything cold.

Great property and location

Brought our son and friends down for a graduation trip. The unit was great, had plenty of room for our relatively large group. The location is great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The number of bathrooms was a real bonus.

Great vacation in Oceanside

The property was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our party of nine adults. Wonderful views if the ocean and the property had easy access to other recreational activities. We enjoyed our stay and we will return!

Great House with a view

Perfect house with a view. The house worked great with our group. It had the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the hot tub on one of the decks. Easy neighborhood to walk around!

Everything was great from the rooms to the scenery to the neighborhood as well!

Our experience was great! We had an awesome time there! Waking up to having a front row seat at the ocean was amazing. We have a big family and everyone slept comfortably. It was our first time renting a beach house and we’ll definitely do it again.

Great Time

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean was fantastic. We had a couple of issues with appliances but the rental management replied immediately and fixed whatever needed to be fixed immediately. I would rent here again.

Beach weekend

My friends and I had an absolutely phenomenal time! The VRBO house was beautiful and spacious. We were close to downtown and had plenty of space for all 12 of us. The management company was very communicative and helpful. If we ever want a fancy beach weekend again, we will definitely book here.

Great vacation

Overall our experience was wonderful! Beautiful location and amazing view of the ocean! It was the perfect space for our family gathering as the kids took the bunk bed room and the adults could hang out in the common area. When we had an issue at the house, the property manager was quick to respond. We would definitely consider returning again one day!

Spring break trip

The property etc is perfect except for the parking. It is a very tight squeeze in the garage, so that was nerve wracking. And the refrigerator door opens into the wall, which is cumbersome. But any little nuisance was more than offset by the gorgeous views and the ideal house setup for our college golf team. The property managers were very responsive. Highly recommend this property (if you’re good at using backup cameras etc.) We would stay there again!

Good location for large or multiple families

It’s a great location, nice home, comfortable beds and pillows, and clean. It’s very sparsely stocked by comparison to other VRBO’s in the area we’ve stayed in. The TV upstairs in the family room is broken and unfortunately that’s the ONLY comfortable place to sit. They’d do well to eliminate one bedroom and make another sitting room with comfortable furniture.

Good location and decent place

Location is good - close to everything and house is set up well with most everything you’d need for a large group. We had 9 in our party and everyone had adequate space. The garage is tight - and it’s a PIA to get in and out of. The partition in the garage is not a good thing and one of our party damaged his car on it. There were also no address numbers on the outside of the house which made it difficult to find in the dark. Grill didn’t work so we couldn’t make dinner one night and they were prompt to come out and look at it. Repaired the next day. Overall not a bad place.

More would be nice to hang stuff in the garage and on the balconies. Hot tub didn't really get very hot, but it was fine for the kids. The adults never used it. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies for meal prep. WiFi was spotty at best, but otherwise everything was fabulous!
