KITCHEN AND DINING Enjoy tile flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. This beautifully upgraded kitchen is also equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and everything you need to serve up some tasty meals!
The dining area comfortably seats 4 with additional seating available at the balcony table.
LIVING AREAS Enjoy midcentury modern furniture pieces throughout the unit. The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements. Relax on either the large couch or one of the two smaller leather chairs and unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TV. Cable TV is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
This is also a two-bathroom condo with a tub-shower combo and separate vanity in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom.

If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

We enjoyed our stay at North Coast Village very much. The condo was nice, and equipped with anything we'd need to feel right at home. The property has a great gym, pool tables, and a huge pool with two spas. We'll be visiting again the next chance we get.
Loved the apartment, it was Clean and quiet. I loved having the ocean view, and easy access to so much to do. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Aside from the amazing location and safe, beautiful grounds with super amenities, the people we met and the management were very kind and welcoming. Oceanside's On The Sand condos proved to be a terrific way to welcome in 2024!
Customer service was great and timely. Property is as advertised. There were a few issues such as difficulty in opening blinds and closet doors, but overall minor issues, and I would fully recommend this property and would consider another stay. Excellent on how all beach equipment, including a tent, boards, and even a cooler was provided.
We had a great vacation in Oceanside, CA and really enjoyed our stay at North Coast Village. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. North Coast is in a great location with plenty to do and see within walking distance. The condo is exactly has described and has everything you need in the kitchen for preparing all your meals. We had to get use to sleeping with the windows open, but after the 1st night it became our norm and was fine. Communication with property manager was good. We would stay here again.
This was an excellent unit. Everything was very clean. The view was great, there’s super short walk to the beach, large parking spot in parking garage (we fit our suburban), & the condo has plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards (no sand toys for younger kids). The pool and BBQ area was easily accessible. The complex as several gates to get in and out of to walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this unit and plan to return again!
The location of C300 is excellent for a great beach view and morning sun. The parking stall attached to this unit is super close and only a short walk to elevator. Comfortable beds and sofas as well as complete kitchen are also very good. The vertical blinds in both bedrooms need some urgent care or should be replaced. Will definitely remember this unit when we return next year.

What a great time.
The condo was great as always everything we need was right there, we were about 100 yards from the water. Everything in working order and also where u park your car is about as close as u can get . Just 2 floors down and enter the parking lot and there it is. Loved it and on the sand is the best.
Let me say this is our 8th VRBO condo and we're fans...So the first thing is this area is absolutely beautiful, it's like being on a tropical island, the condo was clean when we arrived, it was easy to find. Check in was fine went without any problems, it was kind of hot when we were there, so we left windows and doors with screens open and there were plenty of fans. The kitchen is updated, the Tv's were large and easy to use... the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of linens, paper towel, toilet paper for use, although I always bring my own. There's a laundromat near the condo with plenty of washers and dryers! We had a small issue with the blinds, but it didn't cause any problems. The only thing was, there were "drain flies" in the tub, I had never seen or heard of them, they were harmless, but a nuisance at times, management sent stoppers and that solved the issue 90%. Our parking spot in the garage was roomy and perfect; my hubby has an F150 it fit with no problem, it was right by the door to the elevator! We enjoyed our stay, we walked to the pier and the beach, enjoyed downtown restaurants, activities and also the Marina which is also nice and within walking distance! We had to leave early due to family sadness but we enjoyed our stay!

Class Act all the way around
Great: Stayed a month in February. End unit, furniture and carpets new, great cookware. Unlike most of the units I have occupied at NCV this one is not packed with leftover junk from previous tenants (tupperware, soppy cups, etc. etc.) There IS actually space to put groceries and clothes away. Dressers in bedrooms, Crate and Barrel furniture.. My husband is a meditator and layout allowed him to be in the Master "suite" and not hear me rattling around in the living area. We are from a small town and are older; the street noise was a little annoying, but also could hear the waves. A note about North Coast Village: very well run, Grounds keepers do an excellent job. Lush landscaping in the complex. On-the-Sand rental agency is extremely responsive and the staff does an excellent job. Thanks to all.
