Although this unit sits just behind another building, offering added privacy, you’ll still enjoy beautiful ocean views and the soothing sounds of the surf in the outdoor areas

For your convenience, beach towels are provided—everything you need for a carefree day by the waves.

Parking: This is a first come first serve parking; if the driveway is full you may park on the street, which is not metered.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals will not accept additional payments via Airbnb. These fees include, but not limited to, fees incurred from Early Check-Ins, Late Checkouts, Dog Cleaning, and Lost and Found returns. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the premises; any violations will result in a $500 penalty. All guests will be required to submit the registration form emailed immediately after the booking. This registration form allows the guests to acknowledge the rule related to the property. Guests must submit their email address for access to their guest portal.
