Make My Vacation takes care of all your essentials, including linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is set up for entertainment, and you’ll also have free wireless Internet.

Steps from the sand - no roads to cross! Enjoy gorgeous, lush grounds with waterfalls, streams, Koi ponds, large heated pool, spa, barbecues, putting green, exercise area, saunas, billiards, and ping pong. In the evening, the Village is magical with gorgeous colored lighting.

Located in northern San Diego County, five minutes off I-5, right next to the Oceanside Harbor (featuring many unique shops and excellent restaurants) and a short walk to Oceanside Pier. Swim, surf, walk the longest stretch of sandy beach in Southern California, kayak, boat, paddle boats, fish, shop, all just steps from your condo.

North Coast Village is an oceanfront tropical paradise located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for people from around the world. You'll enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, tropical foliage, flowers, streams, walkways, Koi ponds, two heated pools and spas, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with table tennis, billiards and foosball.

The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross - this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the Olympic sized heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on the beach.

North Coast Village offers a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will also find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, a clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace, as well as laundry facilities in the building.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

Parties or events are not allowed at this property.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market near the pier is a delightful experience which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and the exciting Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

What an AMAZING Property

This is a tropical Oasis, on the beach, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Our Condo was perfect with a nice view of the ocean from the bedroom and deck. Could have used more comfortable couches but all the amenities that were included were incredibly helpful. We definitely plan to come back.

Many beautiful plants and trees. There is everything for a comfortable rest: swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, game room. It is also safe here. Our apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything necessary for living and relaxing. The kitchen had all the necessary things, there were also beach chairs and an umbrella from the sun. We will definitely come back here again.

The only thing that kept us from giving 5 stars was,,,We had alot of construction going on with the pipe situation on the beach. We had to move and stay out of the water for 4 hours one day and another couple of hrs a diff. Day. Lots of noise with it too. But we will try again and hopefully not get all of that !!

There was alot of other construction in the complex as well. The workers worked longer than the posted hours. We will definitely stay at the unit in the future as the construction should be completed by then

Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The weather was cool, so we used the fireplace often. It didn't give off much heat and cycled on and off frequently. It might need service. Most of the furniture was comfortable with the exception of the chair near the deck which could use new cushions. The common elements are beautiful and well maintained. The location was great, close to a walking path along the beach front to the pier. Good proximity to a variety of restaurants and fish markets. We will likely book again.

We stayed last year in a different unit and this one was much cleaner and in a better location. We were able to walk to the harbor for our meals and also one morning walked around the entire harbor are to get in our 5 miles. We also walked to the pier and a bit further along the Strand a couple of mornings. The view from our condo was excellent, although I do wish that they would have made the lanais more private with an extension that blocked the view from adjoining units. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Check in and check out couldn't be any simpler. I would recommend any friends or family to stay in this complex. One really cool thing we did is take The Coaster to San Diego to visit Old Town to have a late lunch. Next time we will take the Old Town Trolly for the tour. The Hwy 101 Cafe is great for breakfast and the Lighthouse for Happy Hour tacos is worth the walk.

Perfect!

This was a vacation for my 2 teenage sons (16 & 18) and myself. We knew we wanted to visit San Diego and LA and this town was the perfect middle-ground for our adventures. What I didn't know was that I would enjoy being at the resort as much as traveling the other cities and wish I had left more time to just sit here and relax. I loved watching both the marina and beach with the early morning surfers, from our deck. I also enjoyed sitting by the pool and walking the grounds and beach. It's a beautifully maintained resort and I plan to come back. As for our room... It was everything we needed. It was a one bedroom/one bath that had a pull out couch in the living room, which worked fine for us. The space wasn't huge, so I folded up the bed/couch daily to give us room to move around, but that was simple. Coming from the southeast, the lack of AC worried me, but I quickly learned the climate is much different in this area. Luckily there was a fan and with that and open windows, it felt great (I did have to sit in front of the fan to dry my hair.) Thanks for a wonderful stay.
