Each rooftop deck has fire tables, gas grills, comfy seating and peak-a-boo ocean views. Both garages have been converted into game rooms with ping pong, foosball, arcade console with 1000`s of classic and new games, dart board, beer pong, corn hole, and a smart TV. Perfect for a memorable getaway!

Welcome to your ultimate vacation getaway! Nestled on one lot are two brand new homes, perfect for hosting your group of up to 22 guests. Each home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (total of 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths), and stunning peak-a-boo ocean & dune views from the rooftop deck, where you can relax by the fire table or grill up a feast on the gas grill.

Inside, you`ll find open concept living areas with a smart TV, electric fireplace, fully stocked kitchens. Downstairs at each home, there are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. Upstairs, the primary suite awaits with its own smart TV, en suite bathroom featuring a large vanity, walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaking tub. There are smart TV`s in every bedroom and one in each living room.

Downstairs Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Downstairs Bedroom 2: 2 Sets of Bunk Beds (Full Bed on the bottom of one - room can sleep 5)
Upstairs Bedroom 3: King Bed
Upstairs Living Room: Pull Out Queen Sofa Bed

Both garages have been converted into game rooms, complete with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, arcade games, a dart board, beer pong table, corn hole, a futon, and a smart TV for gaming or watching your favorite shows. And for the nostalgia lovers, an old school arcade console awaits with THOUSANDS of classic and new games.

We allow up to TWO dogs that are 30 pounds or less. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee that will be sent post booking.

You can fit up to 6 cars comfortably in the driveway/parking area. There are 2 parking spaces besides the front home. The driveway is only 2 cars wide, so you are welcome to park 4+ cars there but parking more than 2 will result in the front cars being double parked. There is limited street parking. Message us if you have specific parking requests.

We are happy to accommodate stays of 60+ days. Please reach out directly for more details!
Guest that is booking must be at least 25 years old.
No EV Charging allowed. Guest will be asked to cover the extra charges if an EV vehicle is charged during their stay.
Non-refundable pet fee is $200. We allow up to two dogs that are 30 pounds or less.
Additional cleaning that is above the normal wear and tear is a $150 fee.
Late checkout without prior approval is $150 fee.
Smoking on the premises is a $250 fee.
Our home has a max amount of 22 guest. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 22 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 22 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay. We have an extra fee of $100 per person per day for any visitors over the 22nd guest.
