Please inquire about the extra charge for any additional dog more than 1.
We have a 2 night minimum stay Except for June 15th to August 3rd where there is a 7 night minimum and check-in & out only on Sundays

Seagull is a cozy, clean, bright cottage located just behind our Sand Dollar House and steps to the beach. You can enjoy the amazing views of the beach from the upper deck of this property. Go to sleep to the lulling sounds of ocean waves. Have your morning coffee on the Captain's deck, with its fabulous ocean view. Stroll out your front door, just steps to the sea. BBQ on gas grills, either on your beach patio or upper deck.

Enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding, wind kiting. Build a fire on the beach.

Two queen beds, one hide-a-bed. Bath and a half. Tv's in every room. Small kitchen has full size stove and refrigerator.

Laundry, high speed internet.

Air conditioning is not needed on the beachfront

Cottage style beach home with comfortable furniture and steps from beach. Multi-level patios/balconies to socialize, soak in hot tub, and view sunsets and whales. I could imagine generations of the host, Nell’s, family enjoying the home and adding square footage to accommodate their growing family. Nell greeted us on arrival and offered any assistance to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable..

Honestly was perfect for us, two dads and our 9 year old daughters! You are on the beach so yes, there is some smell and of course sand, but great location! Will stay again if we come to the area.

Great Ocean Views

We enjoyed our stay in the Seagull. The house was clean. The access to the beach and our own fire pit was amazing. Short walk to near by stores and restaurant. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Breezy Beach Stay

We had a good time at this location. It was pretty windy so we did not get a fire started in the fire pit but enjoyed the ocean, walking on the beach and the sunsets were awesome. It would be helpful to have some coffee filters available. Thank you.

Beach get away

We enjoyed our stay here. The sandbox off the patio was perfect for my 18 month old granddaughter. We enjoyed the beach, boogie boarding and bonfires.

Perfect Location

Amazing beach views. We rented atv's and were able to walk to the rental place. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Just show up and enjoy your stay. No reason to leave.

Host Nell was friendly and quick to respond. Self check was super easy. Tiny kitchen and limited storage for luggage but location was fantastic. We enjoyed the fire pit on the beach everynight! Loved our stay!!!

Great Location

Had a lovely time. The house is very unique and has lots of character. Hard to grasp the layout of the house from the pictures, but it made sense once we got there. Great beach access, good amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The pups had a blast with walks on the beach. Good food and activities all very close by. Host is very responsive/helpful. Will stay there again!

Perfect cottage type accommodation for my wife, myself and our two yellow labs. Easy access to the beach with a great fire pit area overlooking the ocean. Definitely will come back here.

Fantastic time

Great location. As advertised and a super nice host/owner. The unit was well-equipped and the beachside firepit was fun. You can see the humpback whales breaching and feeding right from the firepit which was a pleasant surprise!

Perfect trip

Property was yards to the water. Upper deck was great for mornings and sunset. My grandchildren played in a huge sand box area right in our front entrance. Really cool place. We enjoyed it and will be back next year!!

Cute little beach house

My husband, 3-year-old, and dog recently stayed here over Easter and had a blast! It’s a little small, but we’re used to small, and it was perfect for us. It’s such a cute and unique little beach house. We loved being so close to the beach and there is so much to do nearby! The owner, Nell, was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back!

We loved staying at the Seagull house. Wonderful experience with the sandy beach that is just 1 step away. It’s an older vacation home, so you wanna take a note of that. It looks like it hasn’t been updated for a long time, and it wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever been but all in all, the wonderful view, the location, the firepit and the ocean made up for everything!

Short stay with our family of five

We had a good stay here! The access to the sand right out of the side door is nice, but this property is behind the other property that is actually facing the full sand/beach. Our older kiddos did great here, but if you have a toddler, just know some interior doors are rough to slide and there are a lot of doors to the outside and there are stairs off the kitchen. Great to have parking and it's a beautiful view up top. It's right next to the vehicle access for the beach, so this section of beach is not great for kids playing because it's basically a road (in our limited time there, at least). Great access if that's what you're looking for! Very kind and responsive hosts.
