The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. "Place is nice. I always love the sunsuite location for a weekend getaway. This particular unit has something broken under the tub... not sure if its ceramic below the tub or what... but you can tell unless you stand on it. That was a little nerve wrecking when showering. Evreything else was perfect!"

"Wife and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary here at Fripp. Location was amazing! Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Great golf, restaurants and lots of gators and deer!!"

"Our booked unit had no wi-fi. We had the option to change to a unit farther away from everything & get a comped golf cart. The new unit we stayed in was fine, but there were issues with smoking neighbors and coffee pot not working. Also issues with key-pad instructions not being exactly as sent. No instructions were given as to how to get the golf-cart. The comped golf cart would hardly travel. We turned it in the next day."
