Visit to Allenhurst, Ocean Grove
Lovely place, nice location for walking to the beach. Could not reach the owners by phone but were able to email them. Did not know what to expect as far as conveniences expect that there was a fridge and stove, and was told no coffee pot or microwave. Were pleasantly surprised to find dishes, pots and pans, a keurig machine and a microwave. Room was comfortable and quiet. Definitely recommend to others coming to Ocean Grove.

My stay in Apartment 8 at the Allenhurst was stellar. The unit was incredibly clean -- I could actually smell the fresh sheets when I walked through the door! I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the full-time Allenhurst residences, and they were beyond lovely. Everyone seems to love live there! The host's customer service was also stellar, only taking minutes to respond to my messages. Highly recommend this property for 1-2 adult travelers looking for a quiet getaway in Ocean Grove!

The location of this apartment in Ocean Grove was perfect - short walks to the beach/boardwalk, Asbury Park, and Main St shops and restaurants. The space was updated and clean; it is small, but it served our needs on a 2-day stay. We were able to find parking on the street nearby (free parking in the city). We enjoyed Ocean Grove and would stay at this property again!!
