A modern kitchen, excellent dining options - inside and outside, comfortable living area, together with five bedrooms and two bathrooms, make this unique property an excellent choice for one or two families needing to have both the sea and the bustling town of Ocean Grove at their doorstep.

There are five bedrooms consisting of one King bed, two Queen beds, one Double and four singles as bunks.
The upstairs deck offers arguably the best view in Ocean Grove, and downstairs the family living area offers everything required for comfortably chilling out after a day at the beach, or exploring everything the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula has to offer. So many choices.
