The house has 9 bedrooms (2 masters) 5.5 bathroom and 2 huge living rooms, a formal dining room and enough space around the kitchen for all family and friends to enjoy. House comes wity beach towels, chairs, wagon and FREE badges for 2023.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

We have hired someone to come and wheel the trash down to the curb so no need to do it, but please fill the bins. Trash in bags, recycle can not be bagged up (bottles, cans and cardboard loose)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
