Welcome to the "Embury Retreat", a 2-bedroom modern beach apartment that is the perfect getaway spot for you and your loved ones to connect, explore and enjoy everything that beautiful Ocean Grove and the Jersey Shore have to offer.

Enjoy the local sights & sounds with just a 10 min walk to the Ocean and to all of the great spots in town including shops, the Starving Artist, Sea Grass, Tino's, etc. The property is only a 5 min walk to downtown Asbury Park, and close to Bradley, Avon & Belmar.

The Space:

The "Embury Retreat” is a 2-bedroom, 2 bed and 1 sofa, 1 bathroom home that sleeps 4-5 comfortably 6 max and is one level on the second floor. The space is designed and perfect for families and couples looking to enjoy their time together in this wonderful shore town!

This new home features central air & heat (a must at the shore!), an in-unit washer & dryer, Quartz countertops, Optimum top package Internet and Wi-Fi, a 55’ Samsung smart TV, and keyless entry with your own unique access code to ensure safety and privacy. A full porch with six chairs is the perfect place to hang out, grill, eat and unwind after a long beach day with loved ones, friends, and family.

Each bedroom, one Queen and one Day Bed with two single mattresses, is equipped with a closet, nightstand(s), linens, blankets, etc. If staying with 6 guests, a large sectional couch in the living room is available in the living room including one chase lounger.

There is a private remote working space in the day bed bedroom with a standing desk and stool for your convenience.

All members of your group must be 27 years or older to book or be accompanied by an Adult. No exceptions!

Guest Access:
The entire home including the front porch and backyard. On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Neighborhood:
Home is in a wonderful location in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood on Embury Ave with a quick walk to Main Street and all of the must-see local fair or quick walk over the foot bridges into downtown Asbury Park.

The town offers plenty of great restaurants, shops and history including The Starving Artist, Sea Grass, Odyssey Coffee, the Emporium and the Great Auditorium to name a few. Other sights and activities include Asbury Park fun and nightlife, Bradley Beach, Avon-by-the-Sea or beautiful Belmar. All of these Jersey Shore staples are within reach.

Getting Around:
Everything within Ocean Grove is very walkable to Main Street, the Beach & Boardwalk and downtown Asbury, and Neptune Main Street. NJ Transit is also walkable and very close by. Uber/Lyft can also provide quick access to neighboring shore towns for anything not walkable.

- No pets allowed ($500 fee applies, and immediate departure required)
- This is not a party house
- Maximum occupancy of 5 guests

If you're seeking that kind of atmosphere, there are other properties in town better suited for your needs. Any violations of these rules will result in immediate departure without a refund, with no exceptions. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a family-friendly neighborhood.

Interaction with Guests:
- I am available via the app during the day and I live in the area and can be onsite to assist as needed.
- Your check-in and check-out will all be automated. No keys or in-person meetings will be required. You will walk into a professionally cleaned and beautiful home.
