The property was very clean and as described. Smaller than expected, pictures make it seem a bit more roomy. Walkable distance to boardwalk and beach. Host provided Nespresso machine, beach tags, and beach chairs were much appreciated. Even though there were 3 other units in the building it didn’t seem too noisy. The dog walking/potty area at the end of the block was perfect for our dogs. The only upgrade I would suggest would be a more comfortable sofa in the living room and the front door to the building should open out not in. All three doors at the bottom of the steps opening into each other seems like a fire hazard and it’s awkward.
