"It’s a good option if you’re traveling with your pet, but just keep in mind that the cleaning and sanitization aren't great; the "dog smell" can be very strong, as if they don't disinfect thoroughly between guests."

"Hotel Bethany Beach was lovely! We got vouchers for beach chairs and an umbrella every day, two free tickets for dino mini golf, and a decent breakfast every morning. The location is awesome; just minutes from the beach (you could walk, drive, or take the trolley). The staff were super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The air conditioning was too loud when it turned on and shut off. Disturbed sleep. The trim was off behind the bathroom door and you saw dirt and stuff every time you used the toilet. There was paper/ card in the hinge of the bathroom door to keep it tight. The useless vent above the tub was filthy. Hunks of dust fell in the shower. Loved that there were so many shops, restaurant, bar n grill, bar by pool available in the hotel. Convenient when it rained or was to tired to drive somewhere. Desk people were very helpful"

"The room was clean, but very musty smelling. The walkways and stairs had garbage on them. For 3 days no one cleaned them. Beds were left unmade, only garbage from room removed. There were neighboring rooms that looked like they had too many people in them, just hanging out, and it was noisy. Had a trailer park vibe! Pool was nice, though! "

"I loved the property and the amenities. I have been coming to Ocean City over 25 years, I have never paid for early access at any other resort/hotel. We arrived 58 minutes prior to check in and were going to be charged a $50 fee. That needs to be changed especially if it is under an hour."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Crystal Beach Hotel in Ocean City! The location is hard to beat—right on the beach with beautiful ocean views and just steps from the boardwalk. Waking up to the sunrise from our balcony every morning was absolutely breathtaking. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the free parking was a huge bonus. We also appreciated how peaceful this part of the boardwalk is while still being close to restaurants and attractions. If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with amazing views, I definitely recommend Crystal Beach Hotel. We would happily stay here again! 🌊☀️"
