Stunning view! Room was clean & smelled good. Staff was super nice & accommodating, let us pick out which floor room we wanted. Within walking distance of mini golf & a great place to eat. We will definitely be staying again this summer!

First off, I would like to commend the friendly staff, above all the maintenance manager, Larry who made our stay absolutely stress free! This small motel is just steps away from the beach. Some rooms do need to air out a little so turning off the aircon and just opening the door once in a while helps. Bring your sleeping masks, the room is so bright if you are facing the beach side. Each room have a small microwave and a small fridge… perfect for longer stays. Location is also a few steps away from the boardwalk but far enough that it doesn’t get all the noise and traffic. It’s close to tons of restaurants, local shops and pubs! Will totally stay again!

The pictures surely make it look better. The best thing about the place was the location. 1 property from the beginning of the boardwalk. Upon arriving the sign told us to go to a different hotel to check in. Not far but inconvenient. The Pool was closed for service, I am guessing for maintenance for the upcoming season but that was never told to us. We were told we can use the pool at the other hotel, again not convenient. Our 3rd floor room was close to the picture shown. Definitely showing signs of wear but did have a good ocean view. The windows had blinds instead of curtains/drapes which looked modern but caused an issue with a bright light right outside the window/door area. Our room all evening was illuminated through the white blinds. After 2 requests staff came and hung curtains....not very attractive but worked with the lighting. Security was an issue for me.....an average door knob with a house type lock and a security chain for added security. We finished our vacation but would not plan on returning to this motel.

A very nice lower cost room

Beachfront room was spacious & comfortable, not luxury but not lacking anything. Staff were friendly & accommodating. As nice a place as you could want for the price! I recommend & would stay again.

This was a nice clean place convenient to everything. We were third floor ocean front, and really enjoyed the location and the views. It’s an older original OC property which definitely shows its age, but is more than adequate for a comfortable stay. The room was updated and clean, and the A/C nice and cold. Would stay here again.

We love staying at the Seabonay. The location is perfect for us. The boardwalk is one block away, on the quiet end . Don't expect anything fancy . These are clean safe rooms period ! Check in has moved to the Dunes .

Surprisingly Comfortable

This was a surprisingly comfortable motel! Check in was in the partner motel, but very quick and easy. The beds were very comfortable! Rooms were very clean and well maintained! Pool was very nice! Close to restaurants and half a block to the boardwalk. We will stay again!
