The Downtown Retreat One is conveniently located in the heart of Ocala, just 0.7 miles from Advent Health and HCA Florida Hospitals, and 1.6 miles from the Historic Downtown Ocala Square for local fare, entertainment and nightlife. This newly renovated peaceful two-bedroom one bath Retreat is one of six Retreats located in a very quiet and private vacation complex owned by Ocala Marion Vacation Rentals.

Short stay to attend activities at UF. Convenient location, with a very clean and aesthetically pleasing decor. Beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The unit looked and smelled the way you would want when staying away from home - perfect! Close to all the necessities.... Will definitely be staying again.

The unit was absolutely as described. if staying in the Ocala area you could not find a better place to stay. Communication with host was flawless. Within 18 minute drive to FAST aquatic center and close to, well everything. Plenty of room in this cosy 2 bedroom. Rooms were large and the beds were firm and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well. Loved this place and hope to be back next year.

Convenient and Comfortable - A Great Place to Stay in Ocala

I had a great stay at this property while in Ocala for a business trip. The location was incredibly convenient—close to main roads for easy access but set back enough to be quiet. It was also a quick and easy drive to both downtown and my work location. The space itself was bright, spacious, and very well-appointed with everything I needed. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the AC worked perfectly (which isn’t always a given!). Plenty of parking. No onerous "check out" tasks. :-) Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be looking to book here again in the future.

Great option for me and my family. Very clean with a lot of thoughtful extras like K-pods, detergent pods, basket of extra toiletries, etc. Easy access to 43rd to take us to 200 so we could visit my mom at On Top of the World. The neighborhood was quiet and close to lots of downtown stores and restaurants.

Perfect for our needs

Efficient two BR, both queen beds. Spices and kitchenware was all we needed to cook some simple meals. We were here for a swim meet and the location was convenient for restaurants etc. if we go beach to Ocala for another meet we will be staying here again!

Denise, our host thought of everything. We had coffee and laundry detergent already there for our trip. She even had makeup wipes and qtips. There were extra blankets and an entire desk area to get work done. I locked myself out of the apartment and within minutes Denise had me back inside!
