The hotel matches it buffet, dull and tasteless.

Not a great experience. The food at the buffet in all inclusive is dull and tasteless, vegetables are always over cooked, lacks taste. They have a Chinese restaurant where you have to make reservations, total joke as they serve many things but not Chinese. Better options to eat outside. Activities in the hotel are a disgrace to people working in entertainment. At 23.30 everything shuts down, lights out. Ozbor is a small city with a few options, but mostly relying on tourism. I am astonished most people in the hotel don't understand English at all. The beach is nice, but there are better places to go Bulgaria. Never again.

Family vacation

Overall, great for family vacations! Spacious, clean, in good condition. Solid CV-19 measures - in the lobby and the restaurants. Good food and drink variety! However, the coffee is awful (definitely something the hotel management should think about).
