"Well worth every penny, the concierge was a great help. Breakfast buffet was wonderful the most options I have ever had and very tasty and clean! Roof top was not great would not recommend for anyone i order sheesha and a drink both were a disappointment and the service was not great either"

"I couldn’t fault this hotel—it was absolutely amazing. I stayed here with my family for five nights, and we were all so happy with how clean the hotel and our room were every day. The staff are what make this hotel truly incredible. They go above and beyond to make your stay feel special and memorable. A very special mention must go to Nijar. From the moment we arrived and were checking in, she went above and beyond to make my children feel special. She gave them each a teddy bear, which they took everywhere with them during our trip to Cairo. One day, when we returned to the hotel, she had even made them a personalised book about their teddy bears, complete with pictures. We were absolutely overwhelmed with happiness and joy. Nijar’s kindness and thoughtfulness made such a lasting impression on our family. I honestly don’t think we will ever forget how special she made our children feel. If you’re looking for somewhere truly special to stay, I would highly recommend the Four Seasons. We had an unforgettable experience and would happily return."
