The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

One morning for breakfast, the foods that are normally warm with the heating units had not been L& the foods am had gotten cold. The room I had needed something as simple as a towel bar by the one & only sink. Another inconvenience was the step up into the bathroom area. It was something I worried about forgetting it was there in the middle of the night. Everything else was excellent "
