"From start to finish my experience was fantastic. The hotel staff were amazing, can I give a special shout out to James, who was extremely professional. He was very attentive and listened to any minor concerns I may have had. He is an absolute credit to his industry that he works in, along with the other members of staff. My hotel suite was superb, very very clean. The whole hotel looks stunning.. I came to Ghana, Accra in particular in 2024 and my experience then was dismal and very negative. But something was drawing me back to Ghana and I must admit my faith has been restored by the Kwarleyz Residence Hotel experience.. I will be definitely recommending this hotel to people I encounter when I get back to the UK. This Hotel and Staff definitely deserve 5 stars. Well done guys you all are amazing"

"My stay at the Airport View Hotel in Accra was outstanding. The room was clean and nice, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit western or Ghanaian tastes. The standout of this hotel are the lovely staff. Quick with a “Good morning” or “Is everything okay?” And always a cheerful smile. Exemplary customer service. A special thank you to Atta and Esinu."
