"Concierge was amazing with help for every need! Check in was excellent! So convenient to be right there for early flights! "

"The breakfast was fine but there was a slight lack of hot options. The fruit was excellent, but overall I was not blown away. The hotel itself is well appointed but the area around the central railway is not the nicest (not the hotel’s fault!). However, it is brilliantly located for access to the city centre and airport. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Was not aware of amenities. No coffee or tea in the room. Location to airport was good and easy."

"The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff."
