"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. "The apartment was very clean and well designed The location is excellent in the center of the old town and an easy walk from the train station, with cafes and restaurants nearby There is a small restaurant across the street It was quite noisy but by 10:30 PM it has stopped and in addition the windows are very well insulated so it was not a problem We did not particularly like the VERY soft bed but some people appreciate it All in all it was a pleasant stay"
