"The room need a renovation but it was clean. The service is ok. Much better at their restaurant. The check in is very bad organised and the staff is unfriendly. We arrived after a 8hour car drive with kids, they did not even offer a glass of water and there is no check in point or space really. There was some misunderstanding by their side on the payment upon check out, it took us 30 minutes to solve. Honestly, I was quite disappointed by their unfriendliness overall. "The hotel was perfect it was a last minute booking as I got too tired travelling back to Basel after every match. All the staff were friendly and there was everything I needed. Breakfast was great and the there was a bus stop right outside the hotel which made getting straight back from the match so easy. Had a great night's sleep it was very quiet and would come back again"
