"We stayed at the hotel with our family and had a truly special experience. We booked a king room for two adults and one child, already expecting that our child would sleep with us. To our surprise, when we arrived, the hotel had prepared an extra bed in the room just for our child. It was such a thoughtful gesture. On top of that, they went even further by providing little slippers, coloring paper, and pencils — small touches that made a big difference and showed genuine care and attention to our child’s comfort. What made it even more special is that we hadn’t requested any of this in advance. It was a lovely surprise and really showed how much the hotel cares about creating a welcoming experience for families. We truly appreciated this extra attention, and it made our stay even more memorable."

"Amazing stay at Erbacher. Over 20 days in Dolomites, including some Olympic action with Bolzano as a base. Great location with plenty of local amenities, but it is the very high quality of fresh design and natural feeling of the thoughtful butique Erbacher apartments that is the focus. Its is a family run business by amazing lady hosts. 2 generations of organic orchard running family who mix natural living concept with the latest and best of what northern Italian industrial home design has to offer. Will be back next season for more!Highly recommended, and by now I have over 20 years of renting through VRBO around the entire world to compare. Bravo!"
