Leider wurde kurzfristig das in der Buchung enthaltene Frühstück abgesagt. Hier erfolgte eine Minderung des Reisepreises. Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt! "Rezeption nach 17 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Die Zimmerkarte erhält man nach Umherirren im Hotel durch eine Servicekraft. Hier wäre eine Info dazu am Empfang wünschenswert gewesen. Der Wellnessbereich ist soweit i.O. Rotlichtkabinen jedoch weiterhin außer Betrieb. Im Ruhebereich Deckenabdeckung aus Stoff durch Wasserschaden beschädigt. Sitzpolster verschmutzt.
