Gute lage, gute Ausstattung, and es wäre schön wenn die Vermieter mehr auf Sauberkeit und Funktionen der Beleuchtung achten würde, es gingen Lampen nicht, Lampenschirm nicht vorhanden, dreckige Tasse im Schrank, Silberfischchen im Bad.

Diese Unterkunft war gut. Mit dem Check in war alles unkompliziert. Vielleicht sollte man die Webseite für bodenmais aktualisieren. Es gibt Parkplätze.

Zugangscode wurde erst nach 16.00 gesendet. Im Bad gab es kein warmes Wasser. Mischbatterie übern Waschbecken wackelt so stark,daß man befürchtet, sie fällt jeden Moment ab. Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt und Mülleimer nicht geleert.

Alles in allem sehr schöne Unterkunft, die so gut wie alles hat. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir schönes Wetter, nur schade, dass es keine Möglichkeit bei warmen Wetter gibt, das Zimmer auch zu kühlen wenn es zu warm ist. Es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage aber die besitzt nur die Funktion heizen, kühlen leider gesperrt. So war es trotz dem geöffnetem Fenster doch leider eine recht warme Nacht im Zimmer.

Standort der Wohnung ist sehr gut, schön Zentral mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht. Auf der Toilette waren Urinflecken der Vorgänger (Beweisbilder sind vorhanden erspare ich euch aber) wenn man sowas vorfindet, muss man die komplette Sauberkeit der Wohnung anzweifeln, ekelhaft. Dusche war verstopft, das komplette Bad stand nach dem Duschen voll mit Wasser. Der Boden war ebenfalls nur sehr mangelhaft gesäubert. Service bei den Reklamation war gut, am Nächsten Tag wurde etwas Nachgebessert. Die Servicekraft verstand nur schlecht Deutsch und wusste nicht welche Reklamation vorlag.

Alles neu, somit sehr guter Zustand. Mangelhaft ist, dass es keine extra für das Hotel ausgewiesene Parkplätze gibt. Außerdem war der Haupteingang nicht verriegelt.

Es war ein Babybett in der Unterkunft, obwohl wir es nicht für meine 2 jährige Tochter bestellt haben. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.....
