Centrally located apartment with all the amenities, situated just 2 blocks from the Zócalo on García Vigil—the most picturesque street in Oaxaca’s historic centre—and within walking distance of all the historic center’s tourist attractions, as well as the best restaurants and galleries

The apartment is located in a gated complex of 5 apartments that share a common courtyard with tables where residents can socialise on a mild evening.


Access to the complex opens onto a small plaza with a café and a travel agency. The café offers breakfast delivery to the apartment.


SECURITY:
Our properties have a night security guard who can assist our guests with whatever they need. If a neighbour is making too much noise, please let us know, and we’ll send the security guard immediately to ensure the rules are followed.

NOISE POLICY:
Oaxaca’s historic centre is a multicultural place, full of traditions and delicious food; an essential part of our customs includes folklore and music, which can often cause unexpected noise during celebrations. In addition, some residents have dogs as guard animals and some farm animals, such as cockerels.

This may disturb your sleep; with this in mind, we’ve made sure to include earplugs in the first-aid kit for you to use if needed.

This will help enhance your experience. Remember that, as mentioned above, we only have air conditioning in the bedrooms, not in the common areas
