The house is located next to a well known park, very quiet part of town, it's a little far from Oaxaca centro, the rooms are comfortable has AC, the only thing is, if you don't have your own transportation, is a bit hard to catch a taxi, is about a 15 minute walk to the main artery, and delivery is not available due to the fact that the house address is registered or doesn't appear on Google maps.
