"Our complaint was that they put us in a room where you could literally hear the elevator clunk clunk clunking by! Very loudly too. I complained and they moved us to a room that smelled of smoke, the toilet seat shifted every time you sat on it, and the tile floor was dirty in the bathroom. Very poor condition. "

"We have had better amenities at the Pioneer! The Wi-Fi wouldnt connect and they said they would send someone to fix it ,but 3 hrs later no one had came yet,i called a 3rd time and they said they couldn't help but they could have said that 1st place, so no internet, the tv wouldn't work either, and someone finaly came 6 hrs later,but it was bedtime by then,very disappointed over all "

"The staff did not hold the people smoking in the non-smoking area accountable. We didn’t feel like we could gamble as much as we wanted because we couldn’t take the smell of people smoking. "
