"The room was clean. My wife reserved a room prior to this stay because she had a seminar from her work. We wanted to stay an extra day, so I booked another room. We asked the staff if it was possible to check us in the same room so that we didn't have to pack and move to another room. The hotel was very accommodating and was able to help us with our request! Awesome CS and would definitely stay here again! "

"Friendly staff, but management’s cost-cutting will be this establishment’s detriment. The rooms receive room service every 3 days, your towels have to be exchanged at the front desk for fresh ones, the only working area of the theme park was the lazy river, pool, and hot tub, which was reportedly yellow. You bring your own towels to the theme park. I always saw the restaurant closed but it opened for breakfast, with the free breakfast consisting of whole boiled eggs, bread for toast, cereal, biscuits, and small cups for apple or orange juice and coffee. Fellow vacationers attempted to file a complaint with management due to issues like the theme park not being open, the laundry room not being open, the hot tub water being yellow, etc but they were told to leave contact info because management was not on the property. I won’t be returning or recommending. "

"Water park was amazing and an excellent time for our kids on our “down days”. Even as adults we had fun on the big water slides, the massive pool, and playing in the splash pad with our kids. The house was magnificent and way bigger than expected. So nice to have your own private pool in the backyard. The shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice bonus. The shuttles are a third party service and at times was unpredictable (time wise) but overall saving $140 US by not having to park at the parks was a plus. The only complaint I have is that the continental breakfast is the same everyday (scrambled eggs, sausage, and some pastries). After 9 days, the same breakfast was a bit hard to stomach so we ended up purchasing our own breakfast items from the grocery store and eating in our house instead. Overall was an amazing experience and I will be recommending this property to anyone I know travelling to Kissimmee. "
