"This is a cozy and well-appointed tiny house on the river. Everything is sparkling clean, up-to-date, and simply and elegantly arranged. It's the kind of place that got me thinking I could enjoy tiny house living!"

"The home wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t as clean as I would hope or expect. A pile of blankets shoved in a closet unwashed and stained, coffee still in the coffee pot, lots of dead bugs in the windows, and long brown hair on the shower wall. It didn’t feel too dirty to stay in but too dirty for the price, I’d say. Other than that however, great location near the cute towns of Dillsboro and Sylva, which both have nice restaurants and breweries. The pictures of the views are false advertising as they must be at least a few years old judging by current tree growth. The house is large and the foosball and pool table are a fun addition. Satellite TV, VHS, and DVDs are outdated and I think just having WiFi so that use of the living room smart tv would be more accommodating for most guests. "
