"The hotel staff was pleasant, breakfast was okay. Not a lot to choose from, and seating was not adequate for the amount of people that were trying to dine for breakfast. Carpet in hallways were pretty old, and had a smell as you exited the elevator. Our room was average. The parking lot had potholes throughout and needs to be repaired. "

"The room was lovely! Breakfast was the expected Holiday Inn Express fare, but everything was fresh and the attendant was constantly refilling items as they were taken."

"We were on a non smoking floor, but you could immediately smell the cigarette smoke when you got off of the elevator. Of course we opened the door to our room and it was a complete ashtray. We went downstairs and told the front desk said they had no other rooms available and gave a spray to go spray ourselves. We used almost the entire bottle of spray, turn the fan on turn the bathroom vent on came back 20 minutes later still smells like an ashtray. Talk to the front desk again apologized again. said there was nothing she could do no rooms no singles no doubles that she’d be more than happy to refund our stay and we could go somewhere else however our family was there and we had this booked for two months in advance. We weren’t able to switch all of us at one time so for non-smoking rooms and non-smoking floors, simply not true at all hotels apparently."

"Dead bugs around the back of the bed and in the bath tub. Topper on one bed had cigarette burn holes. Could hear very easily through the walls to the next room. "

"Property is only about 6 years old so everything was clean and comfortable. We felt safe and will continue to stay here on our way to New Orleans! There is dining and shopping close by. "

"I booked a hotel through expedia that had to close emergently for a few days (water pipe burst). Expedia worked quickly to find another hotel room. Happy with the new room and expedia. Great trip."
